The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort will honor the group reservation rate through Friday, January 20th, 2012. The rate will be offered after that date if rooms are available. The discounted rate is being offered 3 days before and after the conference so you can take advantage of all that Disney and Orlando attractions have to offer!
Tax Exemption
To receive a tax exempt room rate, you must make your reservation with the Wyndham under the Man in the Mirror group account (click on the Register tab). The Wyndham is unable to suppress taxes and fees on their website but be assured, Man in the Mirror will bill you for your room rate at the tax exempt rate based on the invoice we receive from the Wyndham. The Wyndham will hold your reservation with your credit card number and make an imprint of your card when you check in. Your hotel room will be billed to Man in the Mirror following the Summit. Man in the Mirror will, in turn, bill you at the tax exempt rate. You are responsible for incidental charges at the Wyndham (movie rental, room service, etc.).
