Dr. Patrick Morley is the best-selling author of The Man in the Mirror, with more than three million copies distributed worldwide. His international ministry to men and their families, also called Man in the Mirror, has distributed more than eight million books, provided leadership training to thousands of pastors and ministry leaders worldwide, and offers extensive expertise and resource support in the area of men’s discipleship. The lives of nearly 10 million men worldwide have been directly affected by this ministry.
Charles Cooper – Key Note Speaker
Charles Cooper is a 37 year veteran of Christian ministry. Charles has authored or co-authored nine books including his newest book published this past fall. He has planted three churches and is the founder and director of the Prewrath Resource Institute. Cooper is also committed to helping local churches develop an effective ministry to men. He lives in Winter Garden, FL with his wife Sondra and daughter Carrli.
Brad Stine – Key Note Speaker
Brad Stine is the most media covered Christian comedian in the country. He had an 8-page profile written about him and his comedy in the New Yorker magazine where he was referred to as “God’s Comic”. He has written two books and is a weekly blogger with Beliefnet.com. He has appeared on many television shows and in numerous films.
David Delk – Key Note Speaker
David Delk, president of Man in the Mirror, has a great talent for helping people remember vital truths from God’s Word. His use of humor, illustrations and unique visual aids help men apply Biblical principles to life. David is the author or co-author of five books, including The Marriage Prayer, The Dad in the Mirror, and No Man Left Behind. David has served as a visiting lecturer in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. David graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Furman University. He was selected to be a member of Phi Beta Kappa and went on to earn his Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida.
Brett Clemmer – Key Note Speaker
Brett Clemmer is Vice President of Leadership Development with Man in the Mirror. He helped establish and was the first Director of the Leadership Training Center at Man in the Mirror. He is the co-author with Patrick Morley and David Delk of No Man Left Behind: How to Build and Sustain a Thriving Disciple-Making Ministry for Every Man in Your Church.
Dr. Pete Alwinson
Dr. Pete Alwinson planted and served Willow Creek Presbyterian Church as senior pastor for 26 years. He speaks for and serves on the boards of Man in the Mirror and Key Life Network, and is an adjunct professor at Reformed Theological Seminary. His passion is to leave no man left behind on the battlefield of life but to encourage all men to grow in Christ and in turn, reach other men.
Rodney Cox
Rodney Cox is one of the country’s emerging leaders in the strengths movement. He is an author with such titles as Leading From Your Strengths (3 book series), Love and Money, and Different By Design. Rodney is founder and president of the Ministry Insights International and is dedicated to serving Christian organizations and individuals to help build strong leaders, teams, marriages, and families.
Ruthie Delk
Ruthie Delk has a heart for seeing women’s lives transformed by the gospel. She enjoys leading bible studies and sharing with women any chance she gets. Ruthie has just transitioned from heading up the women’s ministry at her church, which she co-led for six years, to directing a local home school organization that provides programs and support for homeschooling parents. She and David have been married for over 20 years and have three children.
Phil Downer
Phil Downer serves as President of Discipleship Network of America (DNA), a nationwide network of people committed to following Christ’s life of winning and discipling others to become disciple makers. He is the author of Eternal Impact: Investing in the Lives of Others, A Father’s Reward – Raising Your Children to Walk in the Truth, and Brave, Strong, and Tender. He served as President of CBMC for a decade and is on the Steering Committee of the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries.
Brian Doyle
Brian Doyle serves as Founder and President of Iron Sharpens Iron, a national conference network serving churches across the nation. His passion is to see the local church become effective in reaching and discipling men of all ages. Brian has served with The Navigators in New England in various capacities, as the New England Area Manager for Promise Keepers and as the Director of Men’s Ministries for Vision New England. He and his wife, Barbara have five children and reside in West Hartford, CT.
Glen Dry
Glen Dry is the Founder and President of Man to Man Ministries, a ministry headquartered in Victoria, Texas committed to men’s discipleship. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds two master’s degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Glen is also currently on the staff of Northside Baptist Church in his hometown. He and his wife, Cherylnn, have three children.
Harrison Fagg
Harrison Fagg organized the Montana Man in the Mirror in Montana, the Montana Awakening and he is currently involved in the Montana Governor’s Prayer Breakfast. He is an Architect, past Majority Leader of the Montana House of Representatives, married for 59 years, has three children and a bunch of wonderful grandchildren. He will be assisted in the presentation by Jon Harmon, statewide leader of the Idaho Men’s Convention and Pastor Bill Warren, leader of the Idaho-Montana border effort.
Joel Fiscus
Joel Fiscus is the National Director of Field Staff and Men’s Ministry (U.S. and Canada) for Christian Service Brigade (CSB) Ministries, whose vision is to see godly men who serve, lead and disciple each generation. He graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and has over 20 years of ministry experience.
Leary Gates
Leary Gates is President of the National Coalition of Ministries to Men and founder of BoldPath Life Strategies, as well as two high technology service businesses and a number of non-profit organizations. As a business man, husband, and father of four teenage and adult children, he confronts daily the stresses and challenges that many men face. Leary co-founded the IronWorks ministry where he, along with Pastor Roger Thompson, co-teaches men in the Twin Cities area.
Michael Griffin
Michael Griffin has spent the majority of his 35-year career in Asia developing Men as Leaders. His areas of expertise include Senior Executive Development, Executive Presentation Skills, Accelerating Team Productivity, Strategy Mapping and Balanced Scorecard. Mike has been the Asian trainer for Man in the Mirror since 2002. He is also a Master Trainer/Distributor for the world’s leading DISC profile company, (a tool to help presenters fine tune the DISC centered presentation styles to connect to audiences).
Rod Handley
Rod Handley is the Founder/President of Character that Counts, a ministry established in 2000. He also co-founded “Teaching Guys Infinite Wisdom” in 2001 and today these groups meet all over the Kansas City metro area and other cities across America. He served almost 15 years on the staff of FCA which provided an opportunity for him to provide chapel services for a number of NFL, NBA and MLB teams. He has written 16 books, including “Character Counts: Who’s Counting Yours?”
Ray Hilbert
Ray Hilbert is the CEO and Co-Founder of Truth@Work, a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, which he founded in 1998. As CEO of Truth@Work, Ray has coached over 500 business owners/executives in a wide variety of industries, and has authored over 100 articles and training curriculum sessions on a wide variety of business issues. In July 2007, Thomas Nelson publishers released his book titled “The Janitor – How an Unexpected Friendship Transformed a CEO and his company,” that Ray co-authored with his close friend Todd Hopkins. Ray and Todd’s second book “Carrot Chaser” was released on December 10th, 2008, and is enjoyed by thousands of readers worldwide.
Jeff Kisiah
Jeff Kisiah (Coach “K”) has been in pastoral ministry for 31 years after graduating from Tennessee Temple University. He is the Men’s Pastor at Harvest Community Church in Charlotte, NC, where he founded M. V. P. (Men of Valor & Prayer). He approaches ministry from a “coaching grid,” and has spoken in men’s conferences in 10 States and 5 foreign countries to further equip leaders in the men’s discipleship movement. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Man in the Mirror.
Dave Wertheim
Dave Wertheim is Founder/President of Men U for Transformed Lives and Man in the Mirror’s Northern California Ministry Consultant/Field Trainer. He has been discipling men for 25 years and has led 50 small groups impacting more than 1,000 people. Dave founded and directed ministries to men at three churches, most recently at Bayside Church, Granite Bay, California. He is a respected and sought after speaker, trainer, Bible study leader, motivator, and encourager.
